Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is looking for an Assistant Manager to Manger to join its Global Tenant Advisory Group in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The position will be primarily responsible to manage and provide best practice advisory services relating to all aspects of the Commercial Office Real Estate transaction process, (inbound and local deals) on behalf of Multinational Corporations (MNCs).

About the Role

This Role will be focused on Commercial Office Tenant Representation requirements, inclusive of inbound, outbound and locally source opportunities.  

Assist senior management in the delivery of all real estate transaction services heavily focused on proactive client(s) communications with marketing leading client deliverables   

Assist senior management to negotiate advanced client commercial office relocations, renewal and disposal assignment transactions, including, but not limited to; identification of cost saving opportunities, site identification and selection, Landlord negotiations, resolution of landlord-tenant issues, drafting, lease reviews, lease abstract, financial modeling

Assist senior management with Client account management & reporting responsibilities  

Manage client account database through salesforce (Engage2/ Sales Force)

Assist senior management to advise clients on best practice transaction process’s, that produce positive outcomes for our clients

Assist senior management Ability with communications (Eng.) with client account managers & brokers (regionally/globally) and the local client entity point of contact

Building cashflows and business cases, that allow clients to easily analyze the financial implications of posed relocation or renewal options.

Actively seek new solutions and create new opportunities to drive revenue growth from clients.

Assist senior management to secure new business client opportunities through the production of best in class RFP responses, presentations and taking a proactive approach with the global account management team and international brokers who hold client relationships.

About you

Preference for native English speakers.

Graduate Degree in Real Estate, Business, Communications, Finance, or another relevant field.

3-5 years Real Estate experience, preferably with an international agency or other business-related field  

Native Korea speaker with a native to excellent English level (written/spoken), Excellent communication skills

Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Understands the market cycles and being able to sets short & long-term client strategies, taking these into consideration.

Good to advance proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn and operate industry specific databases and software

Critical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to multi-tasks consistently, without impacting the quality of client deliverables
