Let’s build for a brighter tomorrow. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * PE license in Nevada (or ability to obtain via reciprocity) * 15+ years of experience in bridge design and construction * Expertise in multiple structure types: precast concrete, steel, widenings, rehabilitations * Experience managing large, multidisciplinary bridge projects * Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills * Deep knowledge of AASHTO LRFD, FHWA guidelines, and state-specific standards * Willingness to travel occasionally Ideally, you'll also have: * 20+ years of experience with public sector and alternative delivery projects (DB, CM/GC, CMAR, P3) * Existing relationships with Nevada DOT or similar agencies * Experience leading design teams and contributing to strategic growth initiatives Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
