Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Flagship Retail Events and Broadcasting

Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

Working with senior manager and head of department, the role has two very clearly defined areas of core accountability:

Responsible for development and delivery of Samsung’s UK Live Commerce plan

Setting strategic approach to grow Live Commerce and maximise associated channels

Responsible for tracking critical metrics related to sales attribution and meeting predetermined performance goals

Work closely with product divisions partners and channel teams to achieve brand, product and commercial goals

Aligning with other external marketing plans i.e. CRM, paid, organic social block plans to push consistent comms that bolster commerce activity

Provide reporting data and insights to LT and optimise approach on a quarterly basis

Create and handle the Brand and Flagship Retail event Programme (in flagship showcase location -Samsung KX and across Flagship Retail as required)

Work with local retailer and occupiers to create a schedule of in-store activities to capitalise on opportunities to drive footfall into the space

Accountable for ensuring eventing framework achieves channel critical metrics, consistently delivering product integration and Samsung brand alignment

Create workshops and product based experiences calendar to drive footfall and hands on opportunities

Handle booking process and master calendar; refresh and re-align with renewed SEUK objectives

Provide reporting data and insights to LT and optimise approach on a quarterly basis

In addition the below would form the day to day vital functional tasks with the support of a junior member of team:

Management, maintenance and analysis of the Samsung KX microsite

Support 3rd party flagship retail activation (Selfridges and Harrods), delivering year-round execution across all touchpoints and best-in-class brand consistency

Lead on all reporting, generating actionable insights and recommendations to drive efficiency and improve event channel’s contribution to overarching metrics

Ensure all dashboards are live and shared with relevant partners

Support flagship retail sales teams with POS requirements

Proactive and driven to push the marketing boundaries – bringing along our retail partners (Harrods & Selfridges) and agency partners (Stellar)

Ability to analyse data and produce actionable insights

Independent to lead key activities and ensuring that managers and team leads are updated and equipped with the latest information

Organised and efficient with communications – managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously

Achieving year-round Live Commerce plan delivery; demonstrating strong performance based on critical metrics with improvements in the quality and sales attribution of the programme

Refreshed events strategy for Samsung KX to align with broader company goals

Execution excellence through 3rd party partners online and in store (Harrods & Selfridges), delivering multi-touchpoint presence during key Samsung moments

Internal collaborators engaged, aligned and collaborated with across all activities

Agency teams managed closely to deliver best in class marketing activities that moves the dial on NPS, PI and Brand Affinity
