Job Description:

Brand Design: Lead consumer researches to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses Chinese consumers’ unmet needs.Brand Communication upgrade: Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas for the cultural nuances of Chinese consumers.Key offline banners business management: define channel strategy & action plan for the portfolio via deep analysis and shopper understanding.Shopper Based Design project to lead multifunction team to reflect offline shelf holistic design.Handling social planning and in-house MCN.


Qualification Required:

Strong leadership and ownership to think, act, and plan as business owner.Passionate about brand building, has strong interest in BIG (brand building/innovation/GTM) skillset acquisition.Solid understanding of channel and category KBD, as well as customer and shopper insights. Good at storytelling and customer sell in.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skill to work well with internal and external parties.
