Senior BOM Buyer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be/ 工作职责描述:**
+ Work closely with internal customer to drive material on-time arrival and meet customer demand. Pre-alert on any shortage which could result in production line shut down or POR miss;
+ Response to internal customer timely for lead time enquiry or expedite enquiry;
+ Follow up global and AP guideline to maintain parameters and safety stock timely and correctly, reschedule POs along with forecast and customer demand changes, manage POs to make sure on-time delivery, optimize inventory to meet company target;
+ Evaluate supplier and supply chain delivery performance per PO lines, lead communication among direct supplier, Supplier Performance Engineer (SPE), Commodity Manager (CM) and International Procurement Officer (IPO) to find out solution for issues impact delivery performance case by case;
+ Timely maintain reason code in DP, ALT, and 11603 for shortage tracking and improvement;
+ Work with SPE, CM and IPO on material lead time improvement, supermarket healthy;
+ Solve the issues, including but not limited to shipping or documents error, payment issue, discrepancy between system forecast and actual demand;
+ Coordinate with IPO and related internal group to speed up responses and solutions;
+ Join in the project and finish BOM buyer responsibility along with project schedule;
+ Improve purchasing process together with buyer and cross-functional team.
+ Follow Emerson sustainability strategy to drive innovation that makes the world healthier, safer, smarter and more sustainable.
+ Ensure all the purchased items meet the requirements of national laws, regulations and standards, such as labor protection equipment, chemicals, etc.
+ 原材料按时到货,满足内部客户的需求,提前预警可能导致生产断线或者当月销售指标无法达成的缺件;
+ 及时回复内部客户的加急查询或者交期查询;
+ 根据全球和亚太原材料管理规则,及时准确的维护零件参数和零件安全库存,根据预测和客户需求的变化及时调整采购到货计划,管理订单确保订单能按时交付,维持原材料库存在合理的位置,从而达到公司原材料库存目标;
+ 记录并评估供应商和供应链按时到货率,会同外部供应商,供应商管理工程师,材料经理和其他相关采购一起解决影响零件到货计划的日常事件;
+ 及时维护DP,ALT和11603上的异常原因,用于异常追踪和改善;
+ 与供应商管理工程师,材料经理和外部供应商努力缩短交货期,补充供应商库存;
+ 解决采购过程出现的问题,包括但不限于发货及随附的文件错误或者实物错误导致的收货问题,发票付款问题,以及系统预测与实际不符等等;
+ 作为北京工厂联络人,协助全球供应链与工厂内部相关部门的沟通并帮助加速相关问题的解答及解决;
+ 参加和支持项目,按时准确完成直接物料采购的工作内容;
+ 能带领团队,加强跨部门协作,改进采购部门工作流程;
+ 遵循公司可持续发展的战略。
+ 确保采购的物品符合国家法律法规标准要求,如劳动防护用品、化学品等。

**In This Role, You Will Need/ 任职要求:**
+ Bachelor degree or above, majoring in international trade, supply chain or related;
本科及以上学历,国际贸易,供应链管理或相关专业;
+ 3-5 years order management, planning or international purchasing experiences;
3-5年订单管理,计划或物料采购经验;
+ Good customer service attitude, good communication skill and strong leadership competency;
良好的客户服务意识,较强的沟通能力和组织领导能力;
+ Good capability and experience for project execution and process improvement;
对过程执行和持续改进有良好的认识;
+ Fluent English in speaking, listening, writing and reading, can host English tele-conference;
良好的英文听说读写能力,能独立组织英文电话会议;
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart / 最佳匹配的任职要求:**
+ Master or be familiar with ERP system (Oracle or others) and digital software applications is helpful
+ Having manufacturing engineering background and procurement management experience is helpful

+ 有生产制造工程背景和供应链管理相关工作经验的优先考虑
