Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled BMS Programmer to support the services department and lead software design and controls programming initiatives for one of our largest energy clients. This fully onsite role involves travel throughout New York and requires hands-on involvement in software development, database creation, and implementation of programming standards. The Programmer will break down scopes of work, develop system graphics, integrate third-party equipment via BACnet/Modbus, and troubleshoot BMS issues alongside field technicians. Acting as a team lead when needed, the Programmer will mentor junior staff and uphold performance, safety, and quality standards. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong HVAC and controls knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership skills. A technical degree is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
