Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior BIM Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across complex projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality digital deliverables.
Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies for large-scale, multidisciplinary projectsManage and optimize the use of Common Data Environment (CDE) tools to facilitate efficient project collaborationLead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementCoordinate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes across all project phasesOversee the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans, standards, and workflowsImplement and manage quality assurance and control procedures for digital deliverablesDrive the adoption of cutting-edge BIM technologies and best practices within the organizationCollaborate with global project teams to ensure consistent BIM implementation across diverse geographical locationsProvide expert guidance on complex BIM-related issues and participate in high-level decision-making processesDevelop and deliver BIM training programs to enhance team capabilities and project outcomesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in BIM and digital delivery, with a proven track record in senior BIM management rolesComprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standardsAdvanced proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, and NavisworksExperience with Common Data Environment (CDE) tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bentley ProjectWiseStrong background in 3D and 2D model deliverables for complex infrastructure projectsDemonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary projects with geographically dispersed teamsExcellent leadership, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in developing and implementing BIM strategies for large-scale projectsExperience in establishing and managing quality assurance and control procedures for digital deliverablesKnowledge of visual programming languages such as Dynamo or Grasshopper is preferredInternational experience working with global project teams is highly desirableAbility to adapt to and drive innovation in rapidly evolving technological environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAdditional InformationAbout AECOM
