Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a highly skilled Senior BIM Engineer to lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies and processes on our projects. The successful candidate will provide expertise in the creation, management, and coordination of 3D models for various engineering and construction projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the development and coordination of 3D BIM models for projects across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical).

Coordinate with design teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee the implementation of BIM standards, processes, and tools within the project.

Provide guidance and training to junior BIM engineers and other team members.

Collaborate with project stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure seamless integration of BIM models with other project data.

Use BIM tools for clash detection and resolve conflicts between systems.

Ensure that BIM models comply with industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of models to maintain data integrity.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

At least 08 years of experience in BIM engineering, with a strong focus on multi-disciplinary projects.

Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, etc.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Knowledge of BIM standards, guidelines, and protocols.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
