In this critical role, you will be responsible for **enabling pivotal business decisions by developing data pipelines, creating compelling interactive dashboards and visualizations, and implementing advanced analytics capabilities** . The Data Enablement team focuses on harnessing data to drive strategic insights and self-service capabilities across the organization. **What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)** In this role, you will: + Responsibility 1: Transform complex business requirements into optimized, intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations (Tableau, Looker), complete with advanced data analysis and profiling. + Responsibility 2: Collaborate with stakeholders to extend self-service capabilities and expedite data gathering by leveraging Google Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Intelligence (BI) technologies. + Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by adhering to change management, versioning processes, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within Agile Scrum methodologies. **What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)** The ideal candidate will have: + 8+ years of experience encompassing Business Intelligence (BI) development, data engineering, and client-facing roles. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL scripting (tables, views, indexes, data loads) and an in-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts. + Proven ability in customer-focused User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) visualization, coupled with expertise in data storytelling. + A Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) and prior experience utilizing Git for codebase version control. **What We Offer (Benefits)** + Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience. + Flexible work options/alternative work options to support work-life balance. + Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth. + Willingness to work Monday through Friday, **1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST)** .
