Your Role

As a Senior BI Developer , you will be responsible for:

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) and transform data using Power Query (M) and DAX. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements. Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability. Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing Power BI reports and dashboards. Ensure high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all visualizations. Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to support data initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

+8 years of professional experience as a BI Developer. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with users and stakeholders. Proven expertise in the Microsoft BI stack: SSAS (strong skills required). | SSIS (nice to have, not mandatory). |Power BI (must have, advanced level). Knowledge of Tableau (good to have; not mandatory). Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. English fluency at C1 level is mandatory. All communication, deliverables, and collaboration will be conducted entirely in English.
