We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Apps Developer with expertise in Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our Transformation Team at Cushman & Wakefield. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining low-code applications and automated workflows that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, process automation, and a solid understanding of business operations.Job Description
About the Role:
Power Apps and Automation Development:a. Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps.
b. Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
c. Develop RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
d. Stay current with the latest Power Platform features and incorporate best practices into development.Solution Design and Integration:
a. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
b. Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
c. Ensure seamless data flow and integration between Power Apps, Power Automate, and external systems.Governance and Maintenance:
a. Implement and enforce governance policies for app and flow development. b. Monitor and maintain existing solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance.
c. Document solutions and maintain version control for ongoing support and enhancements.Collaboration and Support:
a. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives.
b. Provide training and support to end-users and team members on Power Platform solutions.
c. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.5. Team Collaboration:
a. Collaborate with the Transformation and Broker Market Support Shared Services Team to understand BI needs, collect requirements, and design effective solutions.
b. Deploy solutions using an agile project management methodology .
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. • Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Power Automate Desktop or UI flows.Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles and best practices.Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and external data sources.Proficiency in creating responsive canvas and model-driven apps. • Solid understanding of data connectors, Common Data Service (Dataverse), and API integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the transformation team members and other stakeholders.Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Ability to manage through ambiguity where lines of ownership aren't always clear.Experience with governance, security, and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions.Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.Experience with Microsoft Fabric or other enterprise data platforms is a plusWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
