Hamad International Airport is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team Senior Baggage and PLB Services Officer. Attending and resolving problems related to baggage handling, passenger loading bridge (PLB) and, bridge mounted equipment (BME) services. Responsible for the coordination with MOI and Customs to ensure expected customer experience, smooth operations and optimized resources utilization. Facilitate and coordinate with government agencies on operational requirements and procedures. Contribute and ensure timely production of accurate incident reports, shift reports, and safety reports Ensure safe operation of al PLBs, BMEs, baggage handling equipment and systems including ancillary facilities.
