What You’ll Work On

Build scalable backend services & APIs using Python Design and maintain databases: MySQL, Neo4j, MongoDB Deploy & manage containerized apps using Docker & Kubernetes (EKS) Work with AWS services: Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize backend performance Contribute to backend architecture, performance tuning & security Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Frontend, DevOps, QA)

 

What We’re Looking For

8–12 years of backend development experience Strong hands-on skills in Python (5+ years) Solid experience with MySQL and exposure to Neo4j & MongoDB Strong understanding of microservices & distributed systems Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS preferred), and CI/CD Working knowledge of AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS) Strong problem-solving & debugging skills Experience in production-grade cloud environments
