Responsibilities 

Lead the end-to-end backend architecture design, technology roadmap, and evolution planning for core healthcare solutions. Own the implementation of key business modules, ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability. 

Design and develop healthcare AI applications powered by large language models (LLMs), building scalable and high-performance intelligent service systems that drive real-world adoption in clinical and pharmaceutical contexts. 

Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks by integrating medical literature, knowledge bases, and clinical datasets to enable accurate knowledge retrieval, Q&A, and information extraction. 

Apply multi-agent frameworks and task coordination mechanisms to healthcare applications; perform fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and domain adaptation to enhance system intelligence and autonomy. 

Oversee the collection, cleaning, structuring, and feature extraction of medical and pharmaceutical data to support AI model training and knowledge graph construction. 

Lead the resolution of complex technical issues, conduct deep-level performance tuning, and troubleshoot critical production problems. 

Establish and refine backend development and coding standards; promote engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, technical sharing, and mentorship to uplift the team’s overall design and coding capability. 

Keep abreast of cutting-edge advancements in large models and digital healthcare technologies, and drive their effective integration into healthcare and pharmaceutical applications. 

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Biomedical Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. 

8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in large model or AI-related projects. 

Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Go) with strong software engineering skills, emphasizing code simplicity, efficiency, and robustness. 

Solid understanding of large language model application development, including RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and model deployment. 

Strong database knowledge, proficient in SQL/NoSQL and vector databases, with practical experience in distributed caching and message middleware. 

Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities; capable of clearly articulating technical decisions and thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. 

Experience with model fine-tuning, embedding generation, evaluation, and optimization is preferred. 

Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
