In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications that power our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that enhance user experience and business operations. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database structures. + Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability. + Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements. + Implement best practices for code quality, security, and scalability. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the back-end stack. + Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. + 5+ years of experience in back-end development with languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET. + Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). + Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. + Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
