The Senior AWS Cloud Technical/Solutions Architect is a subject matter expert, responsible for designing and may be required to implement AWS cloud-based solutions that meet client’s business and technical requirements. This role supports and influences operations and sales teams by providing expertise in cloud computing technologies and architectures ensuring the effective design, deployment and operations of our AWS cloud-based systems to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation, and will play a key role in driving our cloud strategy and digital transformation initiatives. This role has the opportunity to design and operate solutions with some of the most innovative global organizations, technologies, accelerating the digital transformation of business objectives and outcomes for both external and internal customers to the business. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design and implement scalable,highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS. + Lead cloud architecture and infrastructure design sessions with stakeholderstounderstand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. + Develop andmaintaininfrastructure as code using tools like AWS CloudFormationandTerraform. + Ensure security best practices are followed in all cloud deployments. + Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines. + Optimizecloud costs andmonitorsystem performance. + Provide technical leadership and mentoringwithin the team ofarchitects andengineers. + Stay current with AWS services and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions. + Viewed as a trusted technical advisor to the client and ensure technical solutions willaccomplishthe client'sobjectives. + Engage in pre-sales activities with Sales Teams and clientsboth internal and external. **Required Qualifications** **& Experience** **:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. + AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate orProfessional) is strongly preferred. + 8 to 12years ofAWSexperience in cloud architecture and engineering. + Proficiencyin AWS services such asAWS Control Tower, Step Functions,ServiceCatalog,EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch,CodeCommit,CodeDeploy,CodeBuildand ECS/EKS. + Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework and best practices. + Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools likeAWSCloudFormation,AWSCDKand orTerraform. + Understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments. + Familiarity with DevOpsprocesses andContinuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD)pipelines. + Problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. + Experience with hybrid cloudand AWScloud environments. + Experiencein software development or scripting (Python, Bash, etc.). + Knowledge of serverless architecture,microservicesand event driven architecture. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
