Work in coordination with our vendors, Corporate Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Support teams to manage and support all aspects of HDR's A/V environmentAssist staff to achieve efficient and effective use of A/V technology and maximize utilization of systemsCombine a A/V technical expertise with business requirements for excellent customer serviceParticipate in enterprise-wide IT projects and initiativesDiagnose system hardware, software, and operator problemsProvide advanced troubleshooting on complicated A/V issuesProvide support for display software applicationsProvide desk side training upon request for enterprise systemsRequest hardware and software through the requisition system as required in support of office technologiesAssist the IT Support team with the inventory management of all A/V related assetsAssist the IT Support team with software inventory where requiredProvide coordination and communication of technical support topics/issues of interest to local support teamsUnderstand client business needs and effectively match client business needs to technology products for recommended a technology solutionWork with other IT teams in support A/V processes and setup.Live event production and supportPerform other duties as needed

Required QualificationsAssociate's degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area/Audio Visual or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting A/V technologySuperior Working knowledge of A/V equipment and peripheralsExperience in systems operations and maintenanceExcellent working knowledge of Audio-Visual managements systems (Poly, QSC, Samsung, Teams Admin Center, etc.)CTS-D or CTS-I certificationExcellent client service, interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-starter able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervisionKnowledge of the AE industryWhat We Believe
