Senior Auditor

In this role, you will plan and perform financial audits at the Business Units and at Global Financial Services (GFS) regional centers - while supervising audit staff and seniors located in both St. Louis and the GFS regional centers. Perform continuous monitoring over all Business Units in the Latin America world area to ensure compliance with internal controls.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Responsible for planning and performing financial audits and SOX 404 control reviews to ensure business unit financial statements and controls are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Corporate policies and procedures.
+ Performs audits using a risk-based, process-focused approach that encompasses business strategy analysis.
+ Responsible for deficiencies management and working with GFS/BU management to finalize the closure of deficiencies.
+ Responsible for quarterly continuous monitoring program procedures at GFS, which includes reviewing transactional data, making risk-based selections, gathering supporting documentation, and testing transactions. Coordinate the testing of selections from the LAM world area.
+ Act as a liaison between management and KPMG. Facilitate the timely completion KPMG’s integrated audit of GFS Costa Rica.
+ Review GFS Costa Rica ICQ responses to ensure accurate control descriptions and locations.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance or other business-related fields required.
+ 4 - 5 years of experience as minimum from Big 4 external audit or internal audit experience.
+ Strong communicator who proactively takes initiative to address issues
+ A candidate who is accountable and can work independently on assigned tasks but can also collaborate effectively as a part of a team
+ Advanced English skills.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ CPA or CIA preferred.
+ Proven ability to assess risk and adjust audit procedures as necessary
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
