ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Procurement Operations with the onboarding and management of vendors within the ERP and P2P Systems.
Work with the vendors to obtain documentation, assessments, and requirements as part of the onboarding process and yearly vendor updating process.
Assist with managing and reporting against NTT GDCs PO Management process against company guidelines (i.e., Close POs with no spend over 16 months).
Work with Procurement Operations to utilize vendors against contracts and close out PO’s.
Assists with amendment updates to existing vendor contracts.
Assists with negotiating service level agreements with vendors that meet the needs of the business, its operations, and the needs of the clients.
Assist with the contract data field overview, loading and uploading of contracts within a CLM tool, and ensuring PO to contract linkage for tracking and reporting.
Assists with the analysis of vendor performance against contract and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders on performance delivery.
Assist with managing NTT GDC and client requirements for inventory vendors and required quantity at each location.
Assist with processing contract renewals, managing schedule of contract termination dates to meet renewal, or termination process requirements.
Serve as the escalation point for vendor disputes, by agreeing points of interaction and escalation with the client and vendor, ensuring the continuous delivery of the service according to the SLA.
Monitors and reviews inventory and contractual service levels to ensure that vendors are performing within contractual agreements and success targets; may also conduct vendor audits
Support peers by regularly supplying training of vendor relationship skills.
Determines the impact of inventory and service improvements identified in relation to the vendor and documents and ensures the appropriate actions are implemented by the vendor.
Participates in implementation of products and services from new or current vendors, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery.
Obtain vendor program requirements and provide information to business on the gaps and requirements to close these to maintain the chosen level of vendor accreditation.
Work on strategic projects that identify, analyze and correct problems with cost and quality by alerting vendors to problems or discrepancies.
Maintain, monitor, and update SAP and DocuSign templates and forms.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field
ITIL certification is preferable
Experience working in the field and related procurement / purchasing operational experience
Experience conducting cost-benefit analysis
Experience in using procurement modules for managing purchase orders, vendor information, and contract management
Experience in evaluating the vendors that work with a company based on the vendors price, quality, and availability
Moderate level of inventory / contract / vendor management experience preferably in a multi-national environment
Moderate level demonstrated understanding of the inventory contract lifecycle management.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Primarily walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
Ability to travel overnight (fly/drive) once a month (3-4 days) to a shared work environment within the US.
Able to hear and speak on a telephone.
Close visual work on a computer terminal.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, other technical instruments, and for performing cable terminations and testing.
Perform work during US business hours and time zones.
WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
This position is expected to be remote for the near future with a monthly need to be on-site in a shared work environment for a collaboration team meeting (3-4 days).
Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
Some travel as required.
This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $74,400 - $106,100.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
