Key Responsibilities
Structure and solve complex business problems using advanced consulting approaches, analytical frameworks, and strategic thinking.
Lead workstreams or modules, ensuring high-quality outputs, clear problem decomposition, and alignment with overall project objectives.
Develop strategic insights by synthesizing industry trends, market dynamics, benchmark data, and best practices.
Translate analysis into actionable recommendations, crafting compelling storylines and client-ready presentations.
Collaborate closely with client teams to co-create solutions and build capabilities required for sustainable implementation.
Enhance and innovate internal methodologies, tools, and frameworks to strengthen our strategy offering.
Support business development, including proposal development, RFP responses, and opportunity shaping.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, or 3+ years of industry experience in relevant functional or strategic roles (sector expertise in Banks, Payments, E-commerce).
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Economics, Finance, Business Administration.
Proven experience creating consulting‑grade deliverables (PowerPoint storylines, analyses, project tracking documents, meeting notes, etc.).
Exceptional relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels and backgrounds.
Demonstrated experience in proposal development and RFP processes.
Strong leadership presence, facilitation capabilities, and team collaboration skills.
Advanced analytical skills, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Full computer literacy and a strong command of written and spoken English.
