Senior Associate - Reconciliations

Job Description

The Reconciliations Analyst II requirements are to create and maintain accounting entries to the ADS ledger and mainframe financial accounts for the commission transactions associated with the ADS product offering. They will also perform clearing and collection activities on any aging balances associated with these accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• General understanding of basic reports from multiple administrative systems

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of all products offered by Allstate Dealer Services

• Meet performance goals in a fast paced, multitasking environment

• Effectively communicate with internal and external business partners

• Understand general flow of business within the ADS product offerings

• Create basic reports and summaries from multiple administrative systems

• Access data and information from multiple administrative systems

• Perform moderate call center related activities

• Provide support to various business units regarding the flow of commission transactions for any accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Perform and maintain timely financial transactions for commission activities generated from the various product channels offered by ADS.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 0-2 years accounting experience is mandatory

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
