Senior Associate - Operations ( Collections Voice Process)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Collection Process Executive (Voice) to manage outbound calls to Service Providers regarding overdue payments. The role involves maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to Service Providers for payment reminders and collection of overdue accounts.

Update and maintain accurate customer information and payment details in the system.

Follow up on broken promises or delayed payments.

Adhere to company policies, compliance, and quality standards during all customer interactions.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the supervisor or collections manager as required.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in any stream.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a voice process; prior experience in collections preferred.

Should be ok to work in 24/7 environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain professionalism.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
