Key responsibilities: 

Develop quality assurance plan covering business and functional requirements 

Estimating testing efforts and executing within the agreed timeline 

Perform manual and automated testing to support our team build digital products with an impact 

Spotting system usability and practical issues, paying attention to user experience (UX) and suggesting ideas for seamless client experience (CX) 

Assists developers in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis 

Conduct post implementation testing 

Coordinating with business analysts 

Reporting to project stakeholders regarding QC status and system readiness to roll out 

Continually developing your skills and knowledge 

Requirements: 

University Degree in Computer Science or a related area 

At least 01 year experience in a quality assurance or a related role 

Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability 

Proactive and self-motivated 

Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to work in a team 

Fast learner with dedication to personal development 

Basic coding knowledge 

Experience with web applications 

Experience with API testing is a plus 

Working command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
