About the Role:
Join our Power Technology Reliability Center as a CTS Management Specialist, providing expert technical support for Power and Infrastructure across Central Office, Mobility MTSO, U-verse VHO, IDC, AGN/EMEA/International, and Classic T environments. You will be part of a 24/7/365 team committed to ensuring network stability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical solutions and strategic leadership for power maintenance and surveillance activities.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and immediate support to resolve complex network infrastructure issues.
Identify root causes of incidents, implement resolutions or workarounds, and test new processes or design changes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including GNFO, ATS Power/Alarms, CRE/Property Management, vendors, GNOC, and other TRCs—to address business needs and shape technical strategies.
Take a leadership role in projects: coordinate with Network Operations, define business/technical requirements, and prepare detailed project plans and schedules.
Review and interpret technical documentation and vendor specifications as needed to support operations.
Participate in a rotating shift schedule that includes weekends and holidays to maintain 24/7 technical support coverage.
Required Skills & Experience:
Typically, 1–3 years of successful experience in network operations or a related technical field.
Practical experience with networking technologies, at a level equivalent to the Cisco CCNA certification.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, and basic network troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose and resolve common network connectivity and configuration issues.
Experience with ticketing and escalation systems/tools is a strong advantage.
Strong attention to detail, self-driven work ethic, and a high sense of responsibility.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness and ability to work in a 3-shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
Preferred:
Formal CCNA certification is a plus but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Salary Range: Base salary from 50,000 CZK to 75,000 CZK gross per month. Additional compensation is provided for night shifts. The final offer will be based on your skills, experience, and knowledge.
