**Job Description:** We are looking for a Network Technology Support to join our AT&T center in Brno. The successful candidate will perform proactive and reactive network analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, and restoration of service-affecting or potentially service-affecting network events and issues. **Qualifications** + Experience with troubleshooting and network analysis in a similar environment. + General knowledge of Class 5 Switching, SS7/AIN and VOIP network equipment and connectivity (DS0, DS1, DAC, DDM, etc.). + Basic understanding of Unix, including the ability to execute Linux/Unix commands at the command line. + Strong teamwork, organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. + Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies. + Strong English communication skills. + CCNA certification is a plus. **Education** : A degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is expected. **Working hours:** EMEA day shift with flexibility. Please note that the training period will be conducted during the afternoon shift as required. **Location** : Brno – hybrid arrangement (1-3 days in the office per week after the trial period). **Compensation** : Salary starting from 46,000 CZK gross per month.
