Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate - Landscape to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will lead and contribute to innovative landscape design projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create sustainable and visually striking outdoor spaces in urban environments.

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee landscape design concepts for large-scale urban projectsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure integrated design solutionsManage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectivelyPresent design concepts and progress to clients and stakeholdersMentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the landscape design practiceEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAEIncorporate sustainable landscape practices and innovative solutions in design projectsConduct site analyses and develop detailed planting plansOversee the preparation of construction documents and specificationsParticipate in business development activities and proposal writing

QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape ArchitectureProfessional license or certification in Landscape Architecture (e.g., PLA, ASLA)Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture or related fieldProven experience with large-scale urban design projectsProficiency in landscape design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsIn-depth knowledge of sustainable landscape practices and urban planning principlesFamiliarity with UAE building codes and regulationsExpertise in local and regional plant speciesAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentDemonstrated creativity and innovation in landscape design solutionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
