Du unterstützt in- und ausländische Finanzdienstleister bei der Durchführung von Prüfungen des Internen Audits und hilfst bei aufsichtsrechtlichen Prüfungen mit.Du hilfst unseren Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie von Governance-, Risikomanagement- und internen Kontrollprozessen.Du berätst und begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung der Prozesse und der Tätigkeiten des Internen Audits.Du entwickelst dein technisches Know-how und deine Soft Skills stetig weiter durch On-and-off-the-Job-Trainings.Du arbeitest in einem inspirierenden Team in einem internationalen Netzwerk und erhältst regelmässig Feedback von Kollegen und Vorgesetzten.Du hast mindestens einen Bachelorabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft oder eine andere Ausbildung, welche Dich auf die Audit- und Beratungstätigkeiten vorbereitet hat. Eine Ausbildung als Wirtschaftsprüfer oder CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) ist von Vorteil.Du hast bereits 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Audit oder Consulting.Du bist interessiert an komplexen Fragestellungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und arbeitest gerne selbständig und kundenorientiert in einem spezialisierten Team.Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch ist von Vorteil.
