The Engagement & Communication Specialist will lead the planning and execution of company-wide events and activations, promote and foster employee engagement and will be responsible for digital marketing / communication. This position involves coordinating logistics, overseeing rehearsals, managing communication strategies, designing banners and digital communications and liaising with third-party vendors to ensure successful events and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute corporate events and activations.
Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives aligned with strategic goals.
Source and coordinate external vendors, speakers, and partners.
Manage event budgets and track KPIs for engagement metrics.
Design and manage internal and external communications as well as planning efforts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HC, Admin, and marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration Sales/Marketing or HR, or related field.
1 – 2 years' experience in planning and executing large-scale events with hands-on experience of digital communication.
Good remote team management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Skills:
Project management and organizational capabilities.
Proficiency in event planning and communication design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
Vendor management experience.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
