The New Product Development Team is a key team within the International Card Services Centre of Excellence, which recently brought together American Express consumer and commercial international issuing businesses to operate within a single business unit, led by the President of International Card Services. The New Product Development (NPD) team is responsible for the execution and delivery of a suite of solutions for all segments across the globe from Consumers to Small Business to Global Companies. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can translate customer needs into outstanding solutions and help drive delivery across multiple teams and bring these products and solutions to market.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The successful candidate will engage effectively at multiple levels and across numerous business units, functions to deliver key projects. Identify and translate conceptual business requirements into product features and work with platform POs to define user stories.Partner with platform teams and E2E Tech to assess feasibility of needs and work through solutions.Provide detailed explanations of required CX associated with features to the platform CoE teams to inform solutions.Partner with Amex and partner technology teams throughout the build lifecycle to ensure the solution is per required CXEnsure E2E plan has accurate milestones for tech delivery and provide relevant updates to E2E PM.Provide subject matter expertise to feed into Go-to Market materials as needed.Works with Testing teams on User test plan and execution.Drives platform activities required for beta testing / soft launch.Raises and manages issues and risks to ensure adherence to governance structureActs as delegate for E2E PMMinimum Qualifications:

Knowledge of American Express products and business operations.Tech savvy and experience of delivering via the SAFE Agile methodology.Proven track record of delivery in a matrix environment, dealing with multiple collaborators.
