Senior Associate - Digital Product Management

The Platforms and Capabilities team within Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) is responsible for building and implementing leading-edge platforms and solutions for risk management. Our vision is to “provide best-in-class Platforms and Capabilities that enable the risk management framework in GRC and across the Company and empower colleagues to excel at risk management activities.”

We are seeking an Associate Digital Product Manager to support the evolution of next-generation enterprise Risk Management products. This role will focus on launching and enhancing our Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform. The Associate Product Manager will support day-to-day product execution, agile team collaboration, and product lifecycle management. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort working with both technology and business stakeholders. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement are key to success.

In this role, you’ll support user journey mapping, help define key features, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience. You will gather user feedback, drive iterative enhancements, and support scrum teams in building platform components with real business impact. You’ll also play a key role in organizing platform content, managing technical documentation, and tracking key product metrics. The ideal candidate is collaborative, eager to learn, and committed to bringing simplicity to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with engineers and product owners to design and deliver enterprise risk workflows. Maintain and prioritize product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility. Coordinate with cross-functional partners to capture business and technical requirements. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation efforts during sprint cycles. Develop platform documentation, release notes, and business communications. Support delivery tracking, story pointing, and dependency management. Analyze usage and stakeholder feedback to iterate on delivered capabilities. Champion platform adoption by coordinating training and onboarding initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, or Analytics. Understanding product development cycles, SDLC, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of agile project tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to interface across functions. Analytical thinker with experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Interest in enterprise risk, compliance, or financial regulation. Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing agile team.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
