They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.

You will deliver data-driven insights, analyze the integrity of financial information, and assess key deal issues for both strategic and private equity clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead data-enabled analyses of financial trends to provide actionable insights.Solve complex deal and accounting issues (quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow).Review and analyze target company information (trial balances, financial statements, contracts, etc.).Oversee preparation and review of client deliverables and reports.Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring high-quality work.Interview executive management at target companies.Coach and mentor junior staff.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client contacts.Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and compliance procedures.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting.3–5 years of experience in Financial Consulting, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.Advanced knowledge of technical accounting (U.S. GAAP, SEC Reporting, IFRS) and financial statement analysis.Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI); familiarity with Alteryx is a plus.Excellent interpersonal, team, and communication skills.Fluent in English (advanced reading and writing).What You’ll Do:Work with global clients to provide data-driven insights and integrated financial solutions.Lead the review and analysis of audit workpapers and public company financials.Drive the preparation of clear and accurate client deliverables and reports.Understand the importance of have a correct information managementKnowledge of Information Security and Data ProtectionCorrect Information Security ManagementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color; religion; national origin; age; disability; neurodiversity; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; marital; or any other status protected by law.
