At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

Our team provides strategic advice and hands-on support across the deal lifecycle — from due diligence to integration and divestitures — helping clients capture synergies, manage risks, and maximize value from their transactions.
Support transaction-focused projects across the deal lifecycle, including carve-outs, integrations, post-merger integrations, and rapid value creation initiatives.Conduct operational due diligence, financial and data modeling, project planning, and performance improvement analyses to identify risks and capture synergies.Take ownership of sections of client deliverables such as buy-side and sell-side reports, integration playbooks, and separation planning documentation.Work closely with client executives to provide real-time insights and clear recommendations that drive value realization.Collaborate with international PwC teams, particularly in the U.S., ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of cross-border projects.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.3–5 years of relevant experience in advisory, M&A transactions, post-merger integration, or carve-out projects.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver concise and impactful reports.Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in diverse, international team environments.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.Understand the importance of have a correct information managementKnowledge of Information Security and Data ProtectionCorrect Information Security ManagementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color; religion; national origin; age; disability; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; genetic predisposition or carrier status; marital; or any other status protected by law.
