You will have the freedom to work flexibly from the outset between their Manchester and Bolton offices, enjoying two days to work from home. You'll receive support from industry leading corporate experts, along with the team of paralegals and other lawyers.

What You'll Do:

As a Corporate Senior Associate, you will:

Provide corporate legal advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, sales, investments, and other transactional matters. Collaborate closely with clients—primarily SMEs—to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored legal solutions that support their goals. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements. Conduct thorough legal due diligence exercises to identify potential risks and ensure smooth completion of transactions. Help to support the junior team members in their development and liaison with clients, as well as help the future growth plans of the business.

What You Bring:

4+ PQE of corporate experience within a reputable law firm Law Degree (2:1 minimum) LLM / LPC at Top 50 UK Law College with a strong academic background
