Skills:Oracle Cost Management Cloud Functional Consultant Experience:Minimum of 2 years of Oracle Cost Management Cloud functional experience along with 8+ years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle SCM Applications Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes and help clients transform their business with Oracle.Hands-on Oracle Cost management Cloud implementation experience.Design, prototype and iterate solutions through hands-on configurations in Oracle.Understand and apply implementation methodologies to build, document, and test the Oracle systemCoordination with the offshore team for deliverables.Coordinate with Other Track members and business partner to model, design, and build business solutions.Collaborate with Manufacturing and Costing teams to define requirements and lead projects from inception through delivery, including status updates, scope changes.Understand Customer requirements and prepare functional design documents.Qualifications and SkillsBilingual – Japanese (near Native level), English (Business level) Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud – Costing, Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory Management, or other categories3 years of implementation experience in Oracle SCM Cloud with specific experience in Oracle Cost Management Cloud, Quality and Maintenance modulesExpertise in the following Cloud modules – Costing, Manufacturing, Quality & MaintenanceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem solving and analytical skills with quick learning on the jobGood interpersonal skills and teamwork required8+ years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle SCM Applications, including at least 2 full cycle projects implementing and supporting Oracle Cost Management Cloud.Knowledge in Oracle Inventory Management and Item Master in manufacturing domain; experience with supply chain business processes, including Forecast-to-Plan, Plan-to-build, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay; shop floor experience is preferred.Experience with IT analysis, design and development of complex ERP solutions.機能 - Oracle コスト管理クラウドコンサルタントスキル：Oracle コスト管理クラウド機能コンサルタント 経験：Oracle コスト管理クラウド機能の経験が2年以上。Oracle SCM アプリケーションの実装とサポートの経験が8年以上。 職務および責務ビジネスプロセスを分析し、顧客のビジネスを変革するようOracleで支援Oracleのコスト管理クラウドを実際に操作して実装した経験Oracleを実際に操作して構成することでソリューションを設計、プロトタイプ化し反復させる実装の方法論を理解し適用することで、Oracleシステムを構築、文書化しテスト成果物についてオフショアチームと連携他部署のメンバーおよびビジネスパートナーと連携して、ビジネスソリューションをモデリング、設計、構築製造チームおよびコスト策定チームと連携し、要件を定義して、ステータスの更新やスコープの変更など、最初からデリバリーまでプロジェクトを率いる顧客要件を理解し、機能設計書を作成資格とスキルバイリンガル - 日本語（ほぼネイティブ）、英語（ビジネスレベル） Oracle SCM Cloud の認定資格–コスト管理、製造、計画策定、在庫管理、またはその他のカテゴリOracle SCM Cloudで実装した経験が3年以上。特にOracle コスト管理クラウド、品質と保守のモジュールの経験以下の クラウドモジュールの経験– コスト管理、製造、品質と保守話す・書くのコミュニケーションスキルが高い問題解決能力に優れ、分析スキルが高く、仕事の中ですぐに学習できる高い対人スキルとチームワークは必須Oracle SCMアプリケーションを実装およびサポートした経験が8年以上。Oracle コスト管理クラウドの実装とサポートのプロジェクトをフルに2回以上関わった経験。製造業ドメインのOracle在庫管理および品目マスタの知識。予測から計画まで、計画から構築まで、受注から現金化まで、調達から支払いまでといったサプライチェーンビジネスプロセスの経験。現場での経験があれば尚良い。複雑なERPソリューションのIT解析、設計および開発の経験
