Overview Publicis Sapient is looking for Senior Associate Compensation & Benefits position who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of benefits programs across India, APAC and EMEA region. This position continually investigates new benefits programs, improves existing programs, and supervises and monitors benefits administration. Your Impact OR Responsibilities: Research employee benefits plans and vendors to identify those that present the best value. Design, recommend and implement new benefits programs. Examine possible plan designs and benefits cost changes. Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators. Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations. Analyze current benefits, evaluating the use, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, plan experience and competitive trends in benefits programs, and make recommendations for improvement. Review both short- and long-range cost estimates/projections and relevant statistical analyses regarding modifications in benefits programs and implementation of new programs. Survey industry trends. Complete benefits surveys and review information obtained from the results. Analyze complex benefits information. Forecast trends and assist with future benefits designs. Develop specific recommendations for review by management. Design and distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment, and summary plan descriptions. Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner. Qualifications Your Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar role. Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations. Self-starter who can work independently, displays initiative and is a problem solver Strong MS Excel skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical capabilities.
