Job Description & Summary

As a Senior Business Development Associate, you'll be in the core Markets team, playing a pivotal role at the heart of PwC Vietnam's growth engine. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to firm-wide strategy, work with senior leaders, and make a tangible impact on our key market initiatives.

You will be the central force that connects strategy to execution, helping us win in the market.

Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Act as the central coordinator for our most important market-facing projects. You will collaborate with senior leaders across our business to ensure our strategic goals translate into tangible action and results. This includes client events, thought leadership sharing and proposal support.

Champion Client-Centric Programs:Pursuit & Wins: Support our sales methodology by crafting compelling win stories, tracking our performance (KPIs), and sharing best practices that help our teams succeed.Client Listening: Help embed a culture of feedback by supporting our client interview and survey program, ensuring we truly understand and serve our clients' needs.Priority Clients: Work with client-lead partners to co-develop strategic account plans, making sure we deliver the best of PwC to our most important clients.

Unlock Insights through Data & Research:Market Intelligence: Go beyond the surface with market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.Actionable Reporting: Transform data from our CRM (Salesforce) and other sources into clear, actionable insights for leadership. You'll manage firmwide pipelines, revenue forecasts, and other key BD reports.Content & Communication: Research and develop content for high-impact presentations, thought leadership, and senior-level meetings.

Bonus Points for:

Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.Proven skills in data analysis and reporting.

A keen interest and/or experience with Gen AI tools and emerging technologies
