About the Role

Support the Financial Analytics Solution team in the development, implementation & maintenance of the Sub-ledger solution, as well as support on comprehensive analysis across different business units of the Group.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the team to maintain the IFRS17 solution in terms of process and systems to support financial reportingCommunicate with local business units and provide guidance & support in their understanding of the Group owned IFRS17 solutionWork with Group and business units’ Finance stakeholders to assess needs and requirements, and recommend use cases for comprehensive analysis across different basis (i.e. IFRS17, EV and capital & solvency)Support the Proof of Concept exercises arising from potential use casesCo-create with key Group and business units’ Finance stakeholders on the development of the comprehensive analysis toolsSupport management’s initiatives on ad-hoc basis

Minimum Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or StatisticsMinimum 4 years’ experience in the life insurance industry with strong business sense and Actuarial knowledgeGood actuarial exam progressKnowledge and experience in IFRS 17, EV, capital and solvency regime is a strong plusExperience with systems and AI solutions is a plusFast learner and be able to quickly get up-to-speed with the current solution for IFRS 17Self-motivated and be passionate about participating in Group-wide changesStrong analytical & problem solving skills and be able to clearly present results systematically and logicallyTeam player with good communication skills
