Position: Senior Associate – Corporate Practice

Our Client is looking to onboard Senior Associates for their Corporate practice in Mumbai. This is a high-priority role with immediate hiring needs and significant opportunities to work on complex, high-value transactions across sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end execution of corporate and M&A transactions

Conduct due diligence, legal research, and draft transaction documents

Advise clients on regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and contract negotiation

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal flow

Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge-building initiatives

Candidate Profile:

4–6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A law

Strong academic credentials from NLSIU, NALSAR, NUJS, GNLU, NLU-D, JGLS, GLC Mumbai, or similar top-tier institutions

Solid transactional experience and proven ability to manage complex mandates

Strong drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
