Those in cloud operations at PwC will focus on managing and optimising cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and high availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry leading practices for cloud-based systems.

Overview:
At PwC, Senior Associates in Hybrid Cloud & Tech Resilience play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing robust IT and cloud infrastructures. Their work ensures seamless business operations, high system availability, and minimal downtime for clients. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in complex environments, build meaningful client relationships, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and nurture strong client relationships.Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development.Maintain exceptional standards of quality in all deliverables.Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.Analyze complex problems and develop tailored IT resilience strategies.Work with clients to identify critical business functions and their dependencies on IT systems.Recommend and configure tools and processes to enhance client resilience, including backup and recovery solutions.Develop and refine Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) that integrate technology resilience considerations.Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills, translating technical details into business value for clients.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.At least 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Risk Management.Certifications from leading cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), with a focus on security and resilience.Certifications from on-premises infrastructure providers (VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, RedHat, NetApp, EMC, Cisco, Arista).Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ITIL Certification, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or AWS/Azure certifications related to resilience or infrastructure.Experience with risk management frameworks.Experience with private, public, and/or hybrid cloud architectures, including migration and modernization of infrastructure/applications.
