ROLE SUMMARY
This role will be a part of Digital Portfolio team supporting key processes such as Strategic Annual Planning, Resource & Capacity Management, data analysis, and report development. This person will contribute to portfolio team initiatives as both a team member and leader, when appropriate. They will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accuracy of critical portfolio data.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as team member to Digital Portfolio team initiatives to provide insights into Digital investments and priorities.
Participates in Annual Planning process providing support to Portfolio Directors through data analysis and reporting.
Works as part of reports team responsible for design and development of new dashboards and reports supporting Digital portfolio stakeholders
Coordinates the overall collating of dashboards for DLT, FIT Leadership, and Creation Center Leadership visibility internally.
Monitors portfolio data quality and leads activities to highlight and correct issues
Provides support for the portfolio management solution and integration with up and downstream systems
Actively contributes during team meetings to facilitate agreements and move towards portfolio mgt. organizational goals
Proactively identify and implement AI opportunities to drive efficiency and portfolio reporting & insights
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Bachelor’s degree required, major in a technical field such as Information Technology, Business, or Life Sciences
3+ Years of experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent)
Experience with digital transformation projects
Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
