Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of financing documents, including project finance, acquisition finance, debt restructuring, ECBs, and promoter funding agreements.

• Advising clients on financing structures, regulatory frameworks, and compliance-related matters.

• Managing end-to-end transaction processes, including client coordination and deal execution.

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest legal developments in the Banking & Finance sector.

• Mentoring and guiding junior associates as part of team collaboration.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Banking & Finance law.

• Skill Set: Strong expertise in financing documentation, transaction advisory, and regulatory compliance.

• Attributes: Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple mandates effectively.
