Job Description:

The Supply Chain Performance Management team is a highly visible group that is focused on measuring, analyzing and improving the operational effectiveness of the supply chain in our dynamic organization. This transformative role will have the opportunity to collaborate across IMS Sectors and cross-functional teams, improve processes and gain hands-on experience in data analytics and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track KPIs and other metricsDevelop and maintain performance reports and toolsAnalyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practicesConduct root cause analysis and develop and oversee corrective action implementationBuild and support scenario modeling and what-if analysis to guide decision makingDrive standardization and best practices across the SegmentMonitor and report on supply chain performance against targets and benchmarksSupport the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and mitigate risksLead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, from initiation to execution and post implementation reviewProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior managementStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI)Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of supply chain management principles and practicesDemonstrate project management experience

Preferred:

Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain / Operations or relatedKnowledge with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma)Experience with ERP systems (SAP)Experience in automation, supply chain analytics or advanced analytics
