Senior Associate, Supply Chain

The Senior Associate is responsible for leading critical daily supply chain processes within the Logistics team and identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improvements. Responsibilities include becoming the process owner for daily exception management, reporting on current network status, and analyzing real-time data to provide recommendations on needed contingency actions. The Senior Associate will also be tasked with executing internal team and cross-vertical projects to improve exception management and escalation processes and increase automations to enable process scalability with our business.  Additional tasks will include tracking internal metrics against established KPIs, communicating root cause to the Logistics team and leaders, and working with the Logistics strategy team to monitor and action improvement opportunities within our carrier network. You will be asked to travel up to 10% within the United States.

You will…

Support the Exceptions team on decision-making by effectively analyzing and drawing conclusions from process evaluations, data, and database tools Report to Manager to enhance customer experience and improve day-to-day operations Standardize tools and automate manual processes within Logistics to become more efficient Provide support to logistics escalations to reduce potential risk in a proactive manner Own the daily exception management processes, communicating potential delays, and assigning boxes to be remade, with the goal of protecting the customer experience Analyze real-time data to provide recovery and contingency action plans Lead communications with cross-functional teams regarding contingency plans and root causes Monitor weekly error data to source root cause major exception events and analyze impact, and lead communication on root cause with Logistics teams and leaders Independently drive assigned projects to enhance the Exception management processes, working with cross-functional stakeholders Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing personal and stakeholder deadlines to deliver projects Identify process inefficiencies and work with the Technical Program Manager to automate manual processes Gather, analyze, and present qualitative and quantitative data to drive strategy and improve performance Serve as the primary points of contact within the HF Network Escalations process, working cross-functionally with Customer Care, DC Operations & Strategy teams Work with the Exception team to track internal metrics against established KPIs Brainstorm innovative ways to leverage technology and improve upstream operations and final mile delivery performance Become part of a passionate team that strives to develop innovative solutions to improve and grow HelloFresh’s delivery network Partner with leadership to scope, maintain, and troubleshoot Logistics Technology platforms Drive a customer-focused environment committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customers

You have...

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or other relevant areas of study required 3 years of supply chain experience delivering analytical solutions to complex problems are required Ability to travel up to 10% within the United States is required Experience in turning analysis into action using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau is preferred This position's essential functions demand the performance of the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation: Prolonged periods working at a desk and on a computer Reading information on a computer screen and inputting data into a computer system
