As a Senior Product Associate in Deposit Services and Fees Insights team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Leads the development and delivery of various recurring analytics and reporting initiatives Presenting analytics findings to senior leaders through data visualization and storytelling techniques that drive understanding and actionOwns ad-hoc analyses to evaluate the implications of potential product or fee modifications, ensuring informed decision-making
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyBachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related fieldMastery level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQLDemonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems, innovate, and think creativelyStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skillsProven ability to query large amounts of data to solve highly complex problemsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with other analytics languages or tools such as SAS, Python, Tableau, Teradata, or AlteryxBackground in financial services or similar industry
