Responsibilities:

Drive internal workflow optimization initiatives across the company

Build new operation tools to support daily automation needs

Support and solve workflow pain points across various teams

Required Skills:

Quick understanding of operational logic and details

Proficient in using automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Make.ai, etc.

Curious and capable of exploring new AI tools and third-party platforms, and applying them to real-world operational needs

Willing to get hands dirty, detail-oriented, patient, and eager to truly understand operational pain points

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points (Please highlight in the resume if applicable):

Experience with frontend/backend development or API migration

Experience applying AI in workflow or operational scenarios

Proven track record in driving large-scale operational efficiency improvements
