Job Description & Summary

You’ll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of 

As an HR of the Future Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Work with other talented PwC professionals on high-profile engagements. 

You will have diverse and challenging opportunities to bring your expertise to and to lead in the different areas of HR such as HR Strategy, HR Organization Design, HR Function Effectiveness and Design, HR Technology Roadmap and Mobilization (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Payroll, etc.), Workforce Planning, People Analytics & Insights, and Integrated Talent Management. 

Advise clients on Payroll strategy, technology solutions, operating model design, and related functional enhancements. 

Manage or oversee Payroll operations to drive efficiency and ensure compliance. 

Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of Payroll systems. 

Analyze Payroll data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making. 

Develop and present business cases for Payroll initiatives, securing stakeholder buy-in through effective socialization. 

Innovate in the Payroll domain by leveraging AI, including developing products and accelerators, and applying methodologies to shape Payroll’s future in the era of Agentic AI. 

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve 

Considerable years of relevant professional consulting experience, delivering service in a variety of industries 

Demonstrated experience of HR function transformation in either a consulting or in-house capacity in a leadership role 

Ambitious in building your technical depth and breadth in HR and exposure to cloud-based technology implementations or optimization 

Analytical thinking and ability to produce high-quality deliverables that create sustainable value, offering support business development activities including the production of proposals 

Strong relationship-building skills that illustrate your open-mindedness and passion for client service excellence  

Engaging productively in complex, changing environments 

Contribution to the development of thought leadership or innovative solutions 

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
