The Senior Associate, HR Shared Service, working under general supervision, is responsible for applying existing organizational practices and procedures for the administration of human resources functions, encompassing HRIS, compensation, benefits, staffing, and compliance with legal regulations, in a timely manner. The role delivers exceptional customer service to new hires and managers during the onboarding process, as well as addressing internal and external inquiries related to HR programs and initiatives. The role applies research, information gathering, analytical and interpretation skills to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity to foster a compliant and ethical work environment. The role also contributes to the enhancement of HR processes and the successful execution of special projects, all while maintaining accurate employee information in the HR database.
Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Human Resources Shared Services Center (HRSSC) environments.Preferred Qualifications:

Accurately document case resolutions and manage employee data, including processing transactions, archiving data, and retaining records. Drive continuous service and process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.
