We are expanding our Europe Business Development team and are looking for a Senior Associate to play a key role in developing one of the following key markets: Italy, France, Germany, or Spain.

This is a market- and language-specific role. Applicants must be fluent in English and native-level in either Italian, French, German, or Spanish. Knowledge of the respective local travel market is a plus. 

You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers and Supply Leads to enable success for our growing pool of merchant partners — from iconic attractions to hidden gems. This is a hands-on role that blends operations, relationship management, and creative problem-solving to help our partners thrive on Klook.

Here’s a closer look at what you’ll do

1. Market-Specific Business Development & Relationship Management

Support destination management and supply strategy in [Italy/France/Germany/Spain], focusing on key regional markets and top destinations

Contribute to growing and optimizing Klook’s supply by developing local market insights, identifying potential partners, and supporting onboarding and engagement efforts

Act as key operational contact for core merchant partners, ensuring long-term success through proactive communication, issue resolution, and partner satisfaction

Represent Klook on the ground with professionalism and credibility, engaging with merchants and institutions with a customer-first, solutions-oriented mindset

2. Strategic Account Support

Work closely with regional leads and colleagues across departments like Finance, Customer Service, Tech, and Marketing to drive execution for high-priority accounts

Own key operational workflows such as onboarding, inventory setup, settlement reconciliation, customer support, and API operations

3. Growth & Sales Optimization

Accelerate growth by identifying opportunities to boost sales, enhance activity pages, and ensure our supply remains competitive and aligned with Klook’s quality standards

Make an impact by identifying areas for improvement across different processes and systems

4. Operational Excellence

Build strong working knowledge of Klook’s backend and frontend tools, systems, and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continuous improvement across the merchant journey

Onboard new travel products - this can range from tours, workshops, unique experiences or even concert tickets

Update and manage existing travel products - with critical schedule and inventory information as the needs of our merchants adapt

Who you are 

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

A strong communicator who builds trust with both internal teams and external partners

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across local and overseas teams

Self-driven and unfazed by routine or repetitive tasks, with a focus on consistency and continuous improvement

Ideally, you have 

A startup mindset: collaborative, adaptable, and ready to take initiative

Familiarity with content management systems, customer service, or data entry

2-3 years of work experience in a cross-functional, multicultural, or startup setting

Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Italian, French, German or Spanish, with strong English skills (spoken and written). Additional European languages are a plus.
