We are seeking a **Senior Assistant** who will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to franchise operations and bottler‑facing teams. This role will assist management in coordinating key initiatives, helping identify opportunities, preparing recommendations, supporting sales planning activities, and ensuring accurate monitoring of sales and activity records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, exceptional coordination capabilities, and the ability to bring clarity and visibility to complex or specialized commercial projects.
**What You'll Do for Us**
+ Provide phone coverage, mail distribution, calendar management, and email support for two or more leaders across KO.
+ Calendar management includes both internal and external stakeholders from all levels of the organization to include international stakeholders where time zones must be anticipated and included in the scheduling.
+ Manage domestic and international travel itineraries/agendas, and coordinate booking all related travel details (transportation, lodging, passports and visas, etc.).
+ Manage all T&E expense management activities (expense reporting, tracking, journal vouchers, reporting, etc.).
+ Manage the logistics planning, coordination and execution of small, medium and large events (meetings, celebrations, town halls, community service, training, internal and external best practice/benchmarking sessions, etc.).
+ Compose, proofread and edit complex and sensitive documents, spreadsheets, mailings, binders and presentations as requested.
+ Coordinate and collaborate with Finance to prepare, track and process Invoices and Purchase Orders.
+ Assist in the planning, execution and support of projects based on client needs/demands.
+ Develop and maintain document tracking and filing systems (paper and electronic) to ensure the relevant storage of and access to information.
+ Identify, classify, maintain and protect files, documentation, and sensitive information consistent with record handling and retention requirements.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
+ 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including advanced administrative, analytical, or operational roles with increasing responsibility.
+ Strong ability to access, manage, and analyze data using company approved technologies and databases, always handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
+ Proficiency in completing electronic forms, producing reports, conducting research, and translating data into clear findings and recommendations.
+ Working knowledge of core systems and specialized tools, including KO Buy, Concur Travel Management, FlexTime, ETime, LINK, SAP, and related enterprise platforms.
+ High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with ability to create executive level analyses, dashboards, and presentations.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders within the Coca Cola System-both locally and globally.
+ Strong strategic anticipation, able to identify critical needs early and move forward with solutions independently and with minimal guidance.
