Job Responsibility:
Key Tasks
1.Under supervision support team members in providing allocation and reservations of freight on planned linehaul and flights required for hub and operations performance
2.Support general admin tasks ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity for the day-to-day operations
3.Under supervision support team members in timely monitoring and accurate updating of products
4.Verify and process databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries
5.Support general admin tasks related to consolidation, recording of information and handle day-to-day shipment documentation
6.Classify basic information and assist reporting on recent developments of new solutions, services, lane and traffic development
7.Under supervision support Starbroker capacity management methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
Stakeholders
1.Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelines
2.Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team
3.Communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation
4.Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
Job requirements:
1.College’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification
2.less than 2 years of working
